Your Questions, Answered
Do you deliver raw photo/video files?
Raw files are not included by default. Final deliverables are fully edited and ready to use. If you need raw footage or raw photo files for an internal team, that can be added as a separate line item.
What’s your payment process?
A 50% deposit reserves your production date and starts pre-production. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Larger projects may use milestone payments (ex: deposit → draft approval → final delivery).
Do you work with very small businesses?
Yes. We offer small-business-friendly options and “content kits” designed for teams under 5 employees. The goal is to deliver high-impact visuals without agency overhead.
How far in advance should I book a session?
For most projects, booking 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal. That gives us time for planning, shot lists, and scheduling. If you’re working around a launch, event, or release date, reach out as soon as you know the timeline. We will go over a plan of action and meet your business in the Hampton area to begin planning. We can accommodate rush projects when capacity allows—rush fees may apply.
Do you offer packages or custom quotes?
Both. We offer clear packages for common needs (content kits, launches, monthly content), and we also build custom scopes when a project has unique requirements. Every project starts with a quick discovery call to confirm goals, deliverables, timeline, and budget—then we send a simple proposal with everything spelled out.
When do we receive the final content and how is it delivered?
Turnaround depends on scope, but most projects deliver within 7–14 business days after production. You’ll receive final assets via a download link, organized by platform and format (ex: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9). High-resolution files and web/social-optimized versions are included.
